Plain-language terms for using A2Cloud. This page is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. The service
A2Cloud provides virtual private servers, application hosting and related infrastructure. Instances are provisioned automatically and delivered over our network, with Cloudflare providing edge delivery for public endpoints.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. API tokens should be treated as passwords. Notify us promptly if you believe a token or key has been exposed so it can be revoked.
3. Payments
Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are shown in the panel at the time of order. Services may be suspended if an invoice remains unpaid; data is retained for a limited period before deletion.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use A2Cloud to attack systems you do not own or have written authorisation to test, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to host material that is illegal in the jurisdiction the instance runs in, or to interfere with other customers on the platform.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you run or store on A2Cloud. We do not access instance contents except where required to resolve a support request you have raised, or where legally compelled.
6. Availability and support
We do not publish a contractual uptime figure on this page. Support is provided through panel tickets and Discord. Because A2Cloud is operated by a small team, response times vary with load and time of day.
7. Labs and preview features
Services marked Labs or Preview are provided without any stability or availability commitment. They may change, break or be withdrawn at any time.
8. Liability
Services are provided as-is. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose, even where snapshots are available. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding month.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
