Privacy
A short policy, because we collect a small amount of data.

What we collect
The minimum needed to run an account: an email address, a username, and billing records for instances you deploy. Instance metrics such as CPU, memory, disk and network usage are recorded so the panel can show you history and so we can operate the platform.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in to the panel, plus essential cookies required for the site to function correctly. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking scripts on this website.
Where data lives
Account and billing data is stored on infrastructure we operate. Instance data stays on the node your instance runs on, except where it is needed for monitoring and snapshots.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use customer content to train models.
Your control
You can export your instance data at any time from the panel. For account deletion, open a ticket and we will remove the account and its associated data, subject to records we are required to retain for billing.
Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic to the panel is TLS-encrypted, and API access uses revocable per-user tokens. Read the Security section of this site for the controls the platform applies to your instances.
